Sina

Hi there! I am Sina, a Post-doctoral fellow at the statistical laboratory, University of Cambridge, where I am advised by Qingyuan Zhao. Previously, I received a PhD in Computer Science from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), where I was supervised by Negar Kiyavash, chair of Business Analytics.

My research primarily focuses on causal inference, with a broad interest in statistics and machine learning.

[Jul 2024] I presented my Spotlight paper on the ‘Triple Changes Estimator’, a generalisation of the changes-in-changes framework, at ICML 2024, Vienna.

[Jul 2024] The scripts for automating workflows related to OpenReview conferences are now accessible on my GitHub repo.
